Ready to create more 1:1 connections in your group, team, or community? Looking to create more engagement, so your members stick around? Excited to tap into the value of your members to unlock the power of your community? Matcha is the solution you're looking for.

Today, Matcha can be used in two ways:

  • Primary: All the power of Matcha's 1:1 matching and more is built natively into Slack. So your Slack-based community can get started in minutes, with no additional log-in necessary for your members.

  • Alternative: If you're a community that wants more 1:1 connection but aren't building on Slack... you can wait for our next full integrations or create a program on our standalone platform (Matcha).

Pricing tiers are the same, no matter where you use Matcha, and the features available will vary by platform. Start with Essential (up to 200 active members) and grow with Scale (up to 2K active members) – until you're really big and need our Enterprise solution.

Why choose Matcha?

Running Matcha as an Admin for Your Community, Group, or Team

As a community manager, you'll have access to an Admin Dashboard that will guide you through creation and management of your Matcha program(s).

Any members that you give Admin status to will be able to manage the program via web, including:

  • Inviting members

  • Setting program details

  • Running match cycles and making manual matches as needed

  • Seeing insights into your program, your members, and the connections made

You can always return here for guidance, to create a new program, or get insights into programs that are currently running.
