Needs:

  • More value to help members renew

  • Ongoing points of connection - touchpoints with other members in between a big annual event and paying dues.

  • Unlock expertise in the membership - your greatest asset.

  • Be the hub for networking - a key to job security and career advancement among peers.

Logistics:

  • Make it easy on your members to join, pause

  • Give you insights into engagement, see who's active, touchpoints for reaching out in meeting insights

  • Only charging on active members - only those who get value from it

  • Could be positioned as an additional revenue stream if set up as a paid offering.

  • Plugs in easily to your other efforts, amplifying event impact, layering into existing communications, etc.

We're looking for 2-3 early design partners who would receive access to Matcha and be on the front-lines for feedback, in return for helping the Matcha team a solution that works perfectly for associations at large.
